The Conference on Management (COM) is DMTIMS’s flagship annual international conference, organized in collaboration with EUDOXIA Research University (USA) and Indira Institute of Business Management (IIBM). It provides a global platform for academicians, researchers, scholars, students, and industry professionals to present original research, case studies, and innovative ideas in management, technology, sustainability, and interdisciplinary domains.

COM editions feature keynote addresses, paper presentations, and proceedings that contribute to knowledge dissemination. Abstracts and selected papers from each edition are compiled into downloadable PDF proceedings, promoting scholarly exchange and institutional visibility. Past themes have included research methodology, emerging business trends, and global challenges. DMTIMS encourages faculty and students to actively participate and publish.
