Prof.Susan Shibu is a seasoned academician with an M.A. in American English literature with excellent Academic track record and over 34 years of distinguished teaching experience in higher education. A 3rd rank holder at the undergraduate level and Topper at Postgraduate level, she exemplifies consistent academic excellence and scholarly merit. Her pedagogy blends classical literary studies with contemporary communication skills, nurturing critical thinking, clarity of expression, and professional competence among students. Her enduring dedication, scholarly credibility, and student-centric approach positions her as a valued pillar of the institution and an inspiring role model in the field of English studies With a deep-rooted passion for language, literature, and academic mentoring, she has played a pivotal role in curriculum enrichment, faculty development initiatives, and institutional quality enhancement and continues to be a respected resource of the Institution.

Dr. Nitin Tabib

Associate Professor

Ph.D., MBA, LL.B., UGC-NET (Management)

Dr. Nitin Tabib brings over three decades of diverse professional experience spanning entrepreneurship, consulting, academia, and corporate leadership. He has worked with leading global organizations including IBM, Siemens, and Ernst & Young, managing strategic clients across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions. His extensive industry exposure enables him to bridge the gap between theory and practice, enriching classroom learning with real-world business insights.

Prior to joining THEO BUSINESS SCHOOL, Dr. Tabib served as a visiting faculty member at reputed management institutes, including NMIMS and IBS, for more than 13 years. His teaching expertise lies in Business Marketing, Sales Management, Services Marketing, and Information Technology. He also advises small and medium enterprises (SMEs) on business strategy, growth, and market expansion initiatives.

An author and researcher, Dr. Tabib has published books on management and entrepreneurship, including Screw The Bulb and Startup FCKD. His research work has been published in nationally and internationally recognized academic journals. Beyond academics, he is passionate about creative writing and music composition in English, Hindi, and Urdu.

As a mentor, Dr. Tabib is committed to nurturing industry-ready management professionals by fostering leadership, critical thinking, and professional excellence. His guiding philosophy is: “From Corporate to Classroom, and from Classroom to Boardroom.”

Dr.Yogesh Ingle is accomplished academic and finance professional with over 12 years of experience in academia and 2.2 years in corporate roles. An approved faculty of the University of Mumbai, he possesses deep expertise in financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and strategic management. Proven ability to lead academic programs, mentor students, and drive institutional accreditation processes such as NAAC and NBA. He holds a Doctoral degree in Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He is an ICSSR Doctoral Fellow awardee and UGC-NET qualified Faculty of Management. He is NSE certified Market Professional and holds GDCA certification. He has done Bachelor in Commerce, LLB and Master of Management Studies (Finance) from University of Mumbai. He is Pursuing LLM (Business Law) and Company Secretary Course. He has published several papers and case studies, some of them are published in ABDC and UGC Care-listed journals.

Dr. Govind P. Shinde

Professor and Director – Finance & Marketing Specialisations

He is a distinguished academician, researcher, and institutional leader with over 28 years of comprehensive experience in the field of Management Studies. He has significantly contributed to higher education through teaching, academic administration, research supervision, and quality assurance initiatives. He has worked as Professor at Pillai HOC Institute of Management, where he handled the NAAC and IQAC cells. Prior to this, he was the Director at H K Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, professor at Babasaheb Gawde Institute at Mumbai Central, Assocate Professor at Bharati Vidyapeeth IMSR, Navi Mumbai and Assistant Professor at MGM IMSR, Navi Mumbai, overseeing all academic and administrative functions, including faculty development, accreditation processes, and statutory compliance with DTE, AICTE, and the University of Mumbai. Dr. Shinde’s academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Management Science from SRTM University, an MBA in Marketing, and M.Com with a specialization in Costing and Taxation. He is an approved faculty member of the University of Mumbai and holds certifications in Digital Marketing from Google.

Throughout his career, Dr. Shinde has actively led institutional development through successful NAAC and NBA accreditations, ISO certifications, curriculum development, and the organization of numerous national and international conferences, faculty development programs, and research workshops. His scholarly contributions are extensive, with over 75 publications, including 5 Scopus-indexed and 2 ABDC-listed journal articles, 13 UGC Care Listed journal publications, as well as 13 authored text and edited books in areas like Retail Management, Digital Banking, and International Business. He has also been granted five patents in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing applications. As a Ph.D. guide, Dr. Shinde has successfully supervised five doctoral scholars, with several others under his mentorship. He is a sought-after speaker and panellist at academic conferences and has chaired sessions at prestigious platforms including IIMs, Mahsa University (Malaysia), and Symbiosis International University. His accolades include the Lifetime Achievement Award (IECT), Best Academician of the Year (Global Eminence Awards), and several Best Paper awards. He currently contributes to management education through leadership roles in academic administration, research promotion, curriculum development, innovation initiatives, faculty mentoring, and industry-academia collaboration. His experience spans HOD responsibilities, AICTE-approved PGDM coordination, accreditation support, admissions, placements, executive education, and international academic partnerships.

Prior to academia, he held senior leadership roles in marketing, branding, and business development with organizations including Yokohama Off Highway Tires, Kohler, NRB Bearings, and WAM India.

Dr. Mandal’s research interests include Digital Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Neuromarketing, Strategic Branding, B2B Marketing, and Behavioural Economics. He has published extensively in SCOPUS, ABDC, UGC CARE, and peer-reviewed journals, authored and edited books, filed patents, and guided doctoral scholars.

Dr. Lalitkumar Bhole is a professor of Marketing and Sales management, distinguished academician and management consultant with over 18 years of dual-domain experience in the academics and industry. He has special contribution with respect to bridging the gap between theoretical frameworks and practical industry application of the concepts in his domain.

He has obtained his doctorate in commerce and management- super core specialty in pharmaceutical sales, and has proven track record in brand planning and the strategic launch of pharmaceutical products. He is also corporate trainer specializes in creating high-impact technical communications and conducting comprehensive medical product training for field sales managers.

He has authored of over 27 research papers published in esteemed National and International journals and conference proceedings. He is dedicated educator focused on developing the next generation of marketing leaders through a blend of case-based learning and industry insights.

Dr. Bhole believes in a data-driven approach to the marketing, utilizing his background in Pharmaceutical marketing and Management to provide a 360-degree perspective on brand communications and sales promotion to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Dr. Nikhil Shirsat

With over 10 years of combined academic and industry experience in finance, accounting, and management education. He holds a PhD in Business Policy and Administration from the University of Mumbai, with a thesis on financial literacy and its impact on financial planning among teachers at colleges and professional institutes. He also holds a Master’s in Management (Finance), an Masters of Commerce in Accountancy, a B.Com, and is CA-ATC qualified (ICAI), UGC-NET and MH-SET certified in Commerce.

His postgraduate teaching portfolio spans Strategic Financial Management, Derivatives and Risk Management, Securities Analysis and Portfolio Management, Financial Markets and Institutions, Corporate Valuation and M&A, Operations Research, Cost and Management Accounting, Strategic Cost Management, and Project Management.

His research interests include Financial Literacy, Personal Finance and Financial Planning, Investment Behaviour, Behavioural Finance, Derivatives and Risk Management, Corporate Finance, and Gender Disparities in Financial Decision-Making. He has authored seven peer-reviewed journal articles, co-authored two books on Treasury Management (Vipul Prakashan), and presented at national and international research conferences.

Before his academic career, he held roles as Accounts Manager at KDA & Associates and Senior Article Assistant at Yatin S. Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, where he gained substantial industry experience in audits, tax compliance, credit assessment, and financial reporting.
