He currently contributes to management education through leadership roles in academic administration, research promotion, curriculum development, innovation initiatives, faculty mentoring, and industry-academia collaboration. His experience spans HOD responsibilities, AICTE-approved PGDM coordination, accreditation support, admissions, placements, executive education, and international academic partnerships.
Prior to academia, he held senior leadership roles in marketing, branding, and business development with organizations including Yokohama Off Highway Tires, Kohler, NRB Bearings, and WAM India.
Dr. Mandal’s research interests include Digital Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Neuromarketing, Strategic Branding, B2B Marketing, and Behavioural Economics. He has published extensively in SCOPUS, ABDC, UGC CARE, and peer-reviewed journals, authored and edited books, filed patents, and guided doctoral scholars.
His professional mission is to bridge industry and academia by fostering innovation, research excellence, employability, and institutional growth.
